I always like to see what is new and exciting in the world of promoting our region. Although the site I am going to share with you isn’t exactly new and exciting the energy behind bringing New York based companies to our region is.

It’s official! The minor league, triple A affiliate of the New York Yankees will play at Lackawanna County Stadium next season.

The University of Scranton welcomes all to a special showing of the internationally acclaimed (see awards list at http://innocentvoicesthemovie.com) Innocent Voices on Oct. 4, Wed. at 7pm in Brennan Hall 509. Open to the public free of charge.

Join us this Thursday at Brixx to catch the season Premiere. The show starts at 8:30 so be there early.

Last Thursday turned out to be a great evening for everyone despite some rain. The evening included the music of Tom Graham, food by Caputo Catering, and Wine provided by Maiolatesi’s.
