Mulberry Place announcement coming soon

The $7 million Mulberry Place renovation project at 119 Mulberry Street has been in the works for some time spearheaded by Semian & Gress Real Estate. And on Friday, July 17, from 5-7 p.m., the businesses, including Semian & Gress, that will occupy the new Mulberry Place property will be announced.
It’s another exciting development for the city of Scranton and should help spruce up the entrance to the downtown.
